Bryan, Thanks that is the information I've been looking for. I tried to query the PTF database and came up with nothing using the message given to me by Ops navigator. Then I tried on as-sts and found some more ptfs after getting you reply. Like other people have stated here this list is great. Because the tool ADDSRVTBLE is capable of upper-casing values the user entered in the expected lower-case, these modules must be corrected to look for 'TCP' as well as 'tcp'. With this corrected module, 'as-sts' server functionality should now be able to start up as expected even in the problem scenario described in this PTF." and MF27983 "The memory will be properly closed in the AS-STS server by explicitly calling the close memory code." ------------------------- Bryan Dietz 3X Corporation "Laurin Bruck" <lbruck@pmigroup.com> Sent by: midrange-l-admin@midrange.com 04/12/2002 10:36 AM Please respond to midrange-l To: <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> cc: Subject: Service Tool network interface I'm trying to work with partitions in Ops Nav for my 740. Every time I try to configure this option I get the message "No service tool interface found at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". I added the service table entry on the controlling partition but I can't seem to find the server job that needs to be running. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
