Client Access automated upgrade

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone had experience automating a Client Access install? We generally
build it into an SOE so the machine is built from scratch, including Client
Access, with no problems. However, we have a customer that wants to
automate a Client Access upgrade (using something like ghost). It's the
step where the newer Client Access version detects the old version and
uninstalls it that's presenting the problem. Anybody have any idea how to
automate this part? Any of the Client Access people at Rochester on this
list?
