This feels like a bludgeon type technique, but here goes.

Use the QUSLJOB API. You can specify to get only *ACTIVE jobs into the user
space. You can ask for the 'function', which will contain the program being
used. You use format JOBL0200 for that, and ask for field key 0601. The
value will be in positions 81-90 of each entry.

Loop through the entries. Compare for the program you're looking for.

There's got to be a better way, tho'.
