As someone else mentioned, DSPFD gives you this in the *MBR option. Look
for 'Based on' file info.

There are a couple commands that are pretty cool. They take the output from
an DSPDBR and analyze it. One is ANZDBF, the other is ANZDBFKEY. The first
runs over a library, the second gives full key info on the files from the
first command output.
