Looked in API manual, seems to be nothing there. This kind of thing is usually done with ICF, you need to know hte protocol and then send it with ICF files to an appropriate device. No APIs involved. I don't know the relationships between hardware and the FAX LPP. There's a CRTLINFAX that requires some FAX-type IOA. There used to be (still is?) an Integrated Fax Adapter. But a program should, I'd think, be able to use any unswitched line attached to a modem to do this. There are other FAX products out there. One is Fast*Fax. I haven't used them.
