almost every ebay box has been some non-400 hardware dealer, and many have
openly stated they have no idea what the box is, and furthermore, comes
with no paperwork or even cables! There has been only one or two
"as/400" vendors, plus IBM's Credit Corp, which has 2 or 3 machines a week,
and all those boxes have been OS only.
btw-the prices may go up a bit since ibm announced current trade-in offer
(and i'm
sure that requires a properly licensed trade-in).
