So many times I go into viewing/updating my existing problems via the web. So many times I get messages like Retain is down. Another one that galls me is that if I leave it inactive for quite some time it prompts me for my id and password again. I've no problem with that. But when I fill it in it puts up a screen, in bold, telling me to do it in English. Who cares what language my userid and password is in? Anyways I just Back a few times and refresh and I am back in.
