RE: Client Access Login.

Chris,

Not sure if this applies to your situation but I had a similar problem with
other software:

I think Windows itself will not save passwords unless you are "logged in" as
somebody, i.e. you can't just take that default when you install/log in for
the first time and don't create a password. Try creating a new user with a
password or assigning a password to your current user and see if it will
save it when you are logged in as that user. The key is going through the
login process where you enter the Windows user name and password when you
boot up.

I have a win 98 computer that will not save the password for the client acc=
ess login.
I have the configuration properties set to use default, prompt as needed.  =
   When the user logs in for the first time, they get the sign on, they sig=
n in and click the save password box, but after they reboot it does not sav=
e the password. I have other machines that this works just fine on.    I am=
 using CAE V5R1 with SP SI02795.

Any suggestions?
