I can start an FTP session, and can transfer files back and forth locally on the 400 (using address LOOPBACK). However, when I issue the 'dir' command the connection times out after about 10 seconds (inactivity timeout is set to 300 seconds), and the following error is recorded in the log: Software problem data for QTMFSRVR has been logged.
