Linda, We tried this and ran into problems. We restored a V4R4 full save onto a machine that had been at V5R1. We then tried to upgrade this back to V5R1 as a test. The upgrade kept failing with SRC B600 0103. We eventually completely reinitilaised all disks, reloaded the V4R4 save and then upgraded with no problem. This particular machine was a secondary partition, so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it. (We didn't touch the primary partition at all during this process). This machine is at V5R1. Because we have some issues with the other machine we can not upgrade it to V5R1 just yet. So They want to do a full restore on the V5R1 machine back to V4R4. Is this possible? and if so what needs to be done? TIA Linda
