1) Was any hardware loaded on to the V5R1 machine since it last was on
V4R4? If so then you need to ensure that the hardware is supported on that
old release.

2) Do you have a complete system backup of the V5R1 machine from when it
ran V4R4? If so, how old is it?

I was going to reply send your resume' out and find someplace willing to
stay current - but some people just don't appreciate humor.

We have 2 machines, one we are moving off site for disaster recovery. This
machine is at V5R1. Because we have some issues with the other machine we
can not upgrade it to V5R1 just yet. So They want to do a full restore on
the V5R1 machine back to V4R4. Is this possible? and if so what needs to be
done?

TIA
Linda
