I used to have a 150 until recently. The ops console connection was a 9600 baud coms port with no IP address. I had to use CA at a release of V4R5 or earlier. In PS5250 there is a configuration option for Async Console. The wire from the 150 connected directly to coms port of the PC, either Com1 or Com2. Inform PS5250 there is an Async Console on the appropriate PC port and it quite happily connects. Could it be that you have the same set up. CA Ops console at V5R1 is not supported on the 150. It most definitely does not work. In CA V5R1 there is no Async Console option in the PS5250 configuration. If the 150 is on V5R1 you will need a twin-ax, or a LAN console. Hope this helps Syd Nicholson Charly Jones wrote: > > I am still trying to make this ops console thing work... > > A model 150 - with an unknown operating system.
