I and at least a few others were unable to download SP4 because it would always bomb. Something about the IBM FTP site being 'finicky'. An IBMer suggested either Cute FTP or Bullet Proof FTP because they can resume where they left off. I finally downloaded Bullet Proof FTP from www.tucows.com and tried it. It worked.
