Strongly recommend taking this to the CODE/400 list. They are VERY helpful! I am not being a list monitor. I am just letting you know that the help there is outstanding. I have installed the software on my PC but cannot get the server program on the AS/400 started. My first problem is identifying the remote location name the AS/400 uses to identify my PC. In addition, we use TCP-IP to communicate with the AS/400 and it looks like the STRCODE command is only set up for SNA. I have spent way more time on this than I probably should. The CODE manuals are no help and I've checked all the communications commands I know. And yes, I have started the CODE daemon on my PC for port 4200. Any help here will be greatly appreciated.
