There is a parameter on the RUNRMTCMD which says:
Type . . . . . . . . . . . . . .   *SNA

  *SNA
  *IP

It's amazing what you can learn by prompting the commands :-)  Much like
what I should have learned by prompting CALLPRC instead of some bad advice
I gave the other day.

There's a remote exec in CA. RUNRMTCMD mentions it but says that it needs
*SNA - it's sometimes called AREXECD. I don't remember if it has been
changed so that it only needs TCP/IP.
