Steve,

I believe it shutdown MSF SMTP.  The offset was originally +00:00 and we are
in Pacific Standard Time.  I set it to -08:00 as per one of the previous
emails.  It set all Lotus email to 6:00 pm and would send messages to users
that they received emails but none were viewable since I set the offset back
to +00:00.

Should I have shutdown MSF first?
