Either that or have the person there use the LED's up arrow to get to "3"
and then the middle button between the arrows.
"3" means to IPL the machine.

But it's easier to just hit the big white button.
It will take apx. 5 seconds for it to turn on...so don't worry if it doesn't
happen right away.

01 is the Control Panel code
B is for "B" side IPL Mode
N is for "Normal" IPL

This is all normal....nothing wrong w/ this display on the LED.
Connect to it if possible....or can't you ?

Hoping someone can provide a little help here, realizing i'm going to be
probably a little thin on information to provide.

I have a remote 170. We don't have anyone onsite to provide any assistance.
I did have someone go look at the machine and the LED shows '01 B N'
There doesn't appear to be any processor activity.'

Can someone tell me what this code is or where i can find out what this code
represents.
ALso, any thing else i can check to determine what the problem is?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

mike
