Chuck,

not on a green screen, but if you store the image in an http defined path,
you can simply display the entire url on the greenscreen (simmilar to:
http://server/dir/employeeimage.jpg  - you could store the path as text in
the employee master file ) and I believe most 5250 emululation products
have the ability to recognize URLs and automatically open a browser to them
when clicked.  I know client access allows this.
