V5R1 OpsNav & Update of DB files

Hello everyone,

I have a simple question regarding the V5R1 OpsNav (Operations Navigator)
and the Update of database files during the Open
of a physical file that is not being journaled.

It seems that the ODBC operation requires the database file to be journaled
...

I can remeber that at V4R4 there was no need for this requiriment.
My question to thje list is ... Has this been changed at V5R1 ?

We went from V4R4 to V5R1 and we have applied the most current Client
Express Service Pack  SI02795

Your advice will be greatly appreciated
