You do have choices with this one. Is it correct to assume we are discussing an iSeries box? You could use Network Address Translation (NAT) to convert those IP addresses to a private, internal address. That way you could be very selective about which ports are translated along with the IP address. Check out the NAT function in the Ops Nav. Second, you could bind the desired services to the chosen IP addresses. That way, as an example, web serving would only be available on selected addresses. Third, you could use a firewall machine in front of the box to provide the desired filtering. Fourth, you could use Exit Programs on the desired IP service.
