how to have AS/400 console at home

How can I set up an AS/400 so I can remotely control my AS/400 from home?
(Without bringing the AS/400 home).

I can use a local emulation card, a LAN card, PC-Anywhere, etc.

I need to do this in a restricted state.

Is this easy to set up on an 820?
