Never mind......SBMRMTCMD worked.
Not sure what the difference between the two are....and why one works and
the other doesn't.

But if someone knows why...I am all ears.

Is there a specific port # I need to open up on the firewall ?

I can do a DLTF using the *RMT paramater and a DDM file just
Fine by opening up port 446 between the 2 systems.
