Gary, the ZTRCPGM utility in QUSRTOOL that can do something like
ADDTRC.  Look at QUSRTOOL/QATTINFO(TTEINFO) for instructions on how to
build the tool and how to use it.  You need a C compiler to build it.

Here's some excerpts from the TTEINFO file:
