Sorry for my late reply to this issue.

I have been doing some testing for users with LMTCPB *YES and *NO for FTP
remote commands, and find that a user with LMTCPB of *YES cannot enter FTP
remote commands.

eg: QUOTE RCMD CRTSAVF MYLIB/TESTSAVF
will return the error
550 - Error occured on command CRTSAVF MYLIB/TESTSAVF

If I change the user to LMTCPB=*NO and start the FTP session again the
command works fine.

Have I missed something or is this a fairly recent development. The way I
have read earlier posts indicate that LMTCPB=*YES users are not restricted
from entering remote command using FTP. I am on v4r5.
