We use it to front-end some of our older, terminal-based applications.  We
run it both from a LAN as well as over dialup Internet connections.

Are you using the NewLook client or the browser-based version?

We haven't had any problems with it WRT timeouts ... (but we aren't using
Citrix, as well).

Do you have these problems if you use it without Citrix?
