CPI2417 - job message queue wrapped

I have a job which is run with the following job attributes

Message logging level = 0 (i.e. no message logged)
severity = 40
Text = *NOLIST
message queue max size = 64Mb
full action *wrap

but I am constantly getting the CPI2417 - job message queue wrapped message.
I do however have Log CL program commands = *YES.

If I have the job set up as no messages logged , why am I still receiving
these messages ?
