Just wanted to let everyone know something we ran into.
We went from V4R5 to V5R1, we have HP8000 and HP4000
hooked up via twinax by using a MPI IPDS emulation card;
the card manufacture said we must purchase new cards at $1,200 each.
This is true IF you want AFP to work, otherwise if no AFP printing will
be done you can still use the older styled card (ours where "only" 3 years
old)

This is what we ended up doing:

We had to re-create the devd and outq on another address on that
twinax line, then they worked - PTF's and hardware did nothing, we
only discovered this after getting the new cards, and they too did not
work, so in desperation we tried to create a new device description and
a new outq and discovered that was what we had to do also.

Good luck to those other poor people that have to be the one to do
the upgrade - it is a big, tough, ugly one - give yourself LOTS of time;
and expect some strange issues.
