If you add a rule (Tools-Rules Wizard) for messages from Midrange-L to stop
processing more rules, it should not send the Out of Office message. The
Out of Office functions as a rule and seems to process after the Rules
Wizard. Hope this helps other users of Outlook.

of course it is on purpose. He just didn't realize that outlook (?)
screws
him (and us). I think one has to explicitly tell outlook that one is
on
vacation. Does anybody know a remedy? is there any?
