R: Target release behaving strangely on saves from V5R1

I got exactly the same thing:

 Compilatore  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   5722WDS V5R1M0
 Release precedente eseguibile dal programma  . . :   V2R3M0
and
  Compilatore  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :   5722WDS V5R1M0
  Release precedente eseguibile dal programma  . . :   V5R1M0

Don't know what does it means, but if i compile QCBLLESRC/VERIFY (*PRV of
course) i got:
  Release su cui il programma è stato creato . . :   V5R1M0
  Release per cui è stato creato il programma  . :   V4R5M0
