QDLS is weird.  I recommend not using it if you have a choice.  Use the
standard "root" and "Qopensys" filesystems for IFS objects.

If you need to use it:

     -- Each user needs to have a directory entry.  The WRKDIRE command
           will help you here.

     -- CHGDLOAUT / ADDDLOAUT / EDTDLOAUT will help with permissions once
           a user has been enrolled in the system directory.

     -- typing GO CMDDLO will list some other potentially useful commands.
