I have 2 AS400s, one on V5R1 (system A), the other on V4R4 (system B). On system A I have created a DDM file that points to system B via TCP/IP. I have added a SVRAUTE (ADDSVRAUTE) that specifies that my profile on system A should use a certain profile and password on system B when making a DDM request. But I still get CPF9190 with reason code 5, "User Profile not found". But I am not sure which user profile it is talking about. The user ID I specify on the ADDSVRAUTE is on system B and the password is correct. I know the DDM file works, because I can sign onto system A with a user profile that also exists on system B, and the DDMF works fine. I thought the purpose of the ADDSVRAUTE command was to allow users on one system that did not have a profile on another, to "substitute" a user and password to use when making the DDM request. Can someone please shed some light.... As always, thanks for the assistance. cjg Carl J.
