Adam,

I looked at it and thought the same thing.  My wife worked for a dot gone that
burned $40 mil in venture capital and also burned every employee with the "stock
option in lieu of pay" carrot on the stick.

Amazon.com has job openings that state "Compensation includes stock options".
Like a stock that is falling like a rock (60%+ loss in 52 weeks) is appetizing.
