Error using OpsNav to access Disk information

I am trying to use OpsNav to access the 'Disk Units' section under
'Configuration and Service' and 'Hardware' groups.  I keep getting
a windows that pops up and says "No service tool network interface
found at IP address ...".

I did a STRHOSTSVR *ALL to see if that would help, and I am
still getting the message.  Does anyone know what I need
to start or configure to get this to work?  I am running V5R1
(client and AS/400).
