Apache webserver on AS/400

Hello,

on a demonstration workshop, I've just seen the setup of Apache webserver
and integration of a Java 5250 applet (from
Mochasoft).

It looks easy and straightforward and could be very useful for our intranet
users in other countries. We have no outside
access to our intranet, so I don't fear much about security.

But what are the other implications of running Apache? Performance, bugs? We
run V4R5 and have no test machine.

What are your experiences?
