This topic was discussed on the MI400 list recently.  Search the archives
for the details.  Chapter 10 of WebSphere Development Studio ILE C/C++
Programmer's Guide has the following statement:

 "Note:  #pragma mapinc will be phased out in future releases.  It is
 recommended that you use the GENCSRC utility."
