The JobScope software was done with COBOL/400. I once spoke with one of the programmers at the software company. It was ported over from the HP platform version of COBOL, and "enhanced" with DDS, etc. I know they're not internal files because I was able to build all kinds of reports over the database with the SEQUEL product from Advanced Systems Concepts.
