How are your PCs connected? Are they all IP? If so try to retrieve the IP
address of the device, it will be blank for dumb terminals.

We have a program that calls a PC when a certain function key is pressed and
then the application executes a PC program.  What would be the recommended
way to determine if the device running the 400 program is a PC and not a
dumb terminal?
