I just got off the phone with IBM.  They called me to let me know that A
PTF I downloaded for V5R1 has been marked defective.  That PTF is MF27530,
no fixing PTF yet.

I also asked another question, and he was super nice and answered the
question mentioned at the bottom of this email.  And the answer
is................. MF27519 ...........
Of course the text of the PTF says zilch about the interactive CPW capacity
issue.
