One way round this is to create a temporary DDM file (can be in QTEMP)
using
CRTDDMF on the 'to' machine which points to the source file on the 'from'
machine, then use CPYF to copy the source member(s) across. This retains
all the attributes and source line dates.

I ftp'd (using GET) an RPG source program from one machine to another (both
V4R5M0 & 1 cum back) & in the process the dates were all set to zeros on
the
"TO" machine. I would prefer to keep the dates in place so is this normal
or is there a "switch" that could be set to keep the dates?

Thanks - Dennis.
