If you can create a netserver share for the PC in QNTC, you can do the copy
in a CL without using FTP. I'm pretty sure that that's part of the free part
of Client Access.  The PC and your 400 will have to be on the same network.
If you can do a mkdir dir('/qntc/yourpcname') and you have a share on the
pc, and you have a userid and password on the 400 that correspond to a valid
userid and password for the pc network, you may be able to make it work.
