Query manager question

All,

     I have created a source member that has multiple inserts and deletes in 
it.  I am basically saving the record that I will subsequently delete.  Here is 
a snipet of the memeber;

INSERT INTO QGPL/VSCP015SV SELECT * FROM vscp015 WHERE smname =
'VTMM00' AND secopt = '03';
delete from vscp015 where smname = 'VTMM00' AND secopt = '03';
--
INSERT INTO QGPL/VSCP015SV SELECT * FROM vscp015 WHERE smname =
'VTMM00' AND secopt = '14';
delete from vscp015 where smname = 'VTMM00' AND secopt = '14';
--

My question/problem is this - I need to convert to query manager but don't see 
how I can accomplish.  Any thoughts?
