Don't see that you have gotten an answer to this.  I do have some Net.Data
code that converts an *scs spool file into .rtf.  We use it for a browser
based spool file viewer that we have.  It doesn't solve you complete problem
but could be useful in showing how the .rtf is created if you create your
own solution.  Let me know privately if you would like a copy.
