Registering a commitment resource with QTNADDCR API: examples sought

I need to place a data queue under commitment control for transaction
security purposes.  I've read the API manual on the QTNADDCR API, and
the associated commitment control exit program, but there are no
examples given.  Google comes up with no hits for QTNADDCR, and nothing
useful for "api register commitment control".

I'll muddle through from the documentation if I have to, of course, but
seeing a prior example (for any object type, not necessarily data
queues) would be really helpful.
