I'd expect that savefile and library wouldn't be required if these arrived via 
ECS, though you wouldn't be able to do them all in one operation because 
they're from two different 'products'.

You should be able to load and apply the MFs as one group:

 ===>  lodptf 5769999
 ===>  apyptf 5769999 delayed(*YES)

Then the SF66641 as:

 ===>  lodptf 5798RZG
 ===>  apyptf 5798RZG delayed(*YES)
