Network, Network, Network.

Something has caused the communications between you and your customer to
hick-up.  Get the Cisco kid out of bed to run the basic diagnostics on
the network connections!

Nice thing about DDM;  if it was working, the problems probably comes
from communication issues outside of the AS/400.
