There is a persistent rumor that the chip can run at three clock speeds.
The logical OR instruction can be used to select which speed to run at:
OR 1,1,1      low speed
OR 2,2,2      medium speed
OR 3,3,3      high speed

The OR x,y,z instruction computes    x= y OR z.
If x=y=z, the OR x,y,z instruction is a No Operation.
These above forms of the OR instructions are never
generated by the translator.
