Yes, it must be run interactively from the system console.  Bare minimum is
to do a ENDSBS *ALL and let it complete first, which can be in your CL, but
you need to decide how long that typically takes on your system, and if you
should use *IMMED or not.  Start your controlling subsystem or PWDWNSYS
*restart at the end.
