Just like the DOS ATTRIB command or the Qp0lSetAttr API let you do. And I need to be able to do this in a batch job (not thru Client Access or Operations Navigator). I have a file in the IFS that is "readonly" and I want to remove that attribute. CHMOD doesn't seem to do that.
