John: I have to state that I do not consider myself a "security specialist" even though the company that currently employs me competes in that space -- I was hired for other reasons. I'm actually something of a "generalist", as are many others on this list. And my participation here is usually from personal interest, both in sharing knowledge when I have it and in learning from others which happens often. OTOH, my current boss... um... kind of "wrote the book" as far as iSeries security goes and we have a couple others who qualify, so maybe I could drop a suggestion or two. I definitely agree that SOMEone should write. Maybe even MANY someones.
