A 270/2248 with interactive capacity card 1517 has QPRCFEAT 22A2.
The problem is that the QPRCFEAT does double duty. You really
need three system values (but you ain't got 'em) one with value 2248,
one with value 1517, and one with value 22A2. Al Barsa could tell
everybody a long story about this screw up.
